Ken sold my house for me. He did a fantastic job. He had photos of the house and had a drone take additional outside pictures of the house and surrounding area. He knew what to do and he worked to sell the house. He just did not get the listing and sit back and do little to sell it. He had concrete ideas of what projects I should or shouldn't do. He kept me informed throughout the process. I have worked with different real estate agents since 1974 and Ken is the best. He listed the house in January and sold it in early February for a very good price.

I had my house listed for 6 months with the first realtor before Ken and I even made 30k worth of upgrades to enhance the house. The realtor and her husband put no effort into the house at all. Not one offer in 6 months. Before I ended my contract, Ken came in and said he would sell the house in one month or we could cut his commission. He found a buyer in 24 days! I’m in Georgia and my house is in Minnesota. He was able to handle each and every little thing that came up! I couldn’t ask for a harder worker!
